Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, text, and creative content on this Site are the exclusive copyright of Verraton Krieger, unless otherwise stated. No image may be downloaded, reproduced, published, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

• Personal use of low-resolution images for non-commercial purposes is permitted with attribution
• Screen captures of the website for personal reference are permitted
• Any other use — including social media reposting, editorial use, or print — requires a licence

Print Purchases

All print sales are final. Each print is produced to order on museum-quality materials. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.

• Processing time: 7–10 working days
• UAE delivery is included in the listed price
• International shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Personal print purchases do not include any commercial usage rights

Photography Services

Commissioned photography sessions require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking. The balance is due on or before the session date. Cancellations within 48 hours of a session will forfeit the full deposit.

Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Verraton Krieger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
